Membership Guidelines

At MindEscapes®, we strive to create a supportive and productive environment for our members to develop powerful ideas, high-impact platforms, and customer-centric services. We strive to create a community of like-minded individuals. To ensure that our members have the best possible experience, we have established a set of rules and guidelines to be followed while using our facilities and resources. By following these rules and guidelines, we can create a productive, safe and respectful environment for all of our members.

Members are asked to report any violation of the Rules and Regulations. Members violating these Rules and Regulations are subject to such action as deemed necessary in accordance with the Club Rules. Continued violation of the Rules and Regulations may lead to suspension and ultimate expulsion.

Broadly, we ask that our members:

  • Adhere to the established membership criteria to access our resources and services.
  • Respect the schedule of on-site activities and be mindful of other members' time and needs.
  • Show respect and follow the guidance of our Guardians, Circle of Boffins, Knowledge Partners, and Service Providers.
  • Engage in respectful and constructive dialogue with your peers.
  • Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of all members.
  • Follow the guidelines for using shared resources, including equipment and materials.
  • Adhere to the code of conduct, dress code, and facilities usage guidelines.
  • Keep the facilities clean and well-maintained.
  • Be mindful of noise levels to create a comfortable and productive environment.
  • Be considerate of other members' time and do not monopolize resources.
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Follow all rules and regulations set by MindEscapes® to ensure the smooth operation of the platform.

Make payments on time

We expect our members to be responsible for making their payments in a timely and efficient manner. In order to ensure that our community remains a positive and enjoyable experience for all members, we do not offer a credit system. We kindly ask that all members make their payments on time and in accordance with the terms outlined by MindEscapes®. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your payments, please reach out to us and we will be happy to assist you.

Business Hours

MindEscapes® is open for business every day from 8am to 8pm IST. We kindly ask that members plan their use of the facilities and services within these hours of operation. This will ensure that all members have the opportunity to take full advantage of all that the club has to offer and make the most of their membership.

Children

We understand that children are the future, however, for the privacy and comfort of our members, we have a policy that children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the restricted private member-only areas of the club unless approved in advance by management. We strive to create an environment that is conducive to innovation and creativity, and we believe that this policy will help us achieve that goal. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, please do not hesitate to reach out to us and we will be happy to assist you.

Guests

We believe that the sharing of ideas and experiences is an essential part of fostering innovation and creativity. That's why we encourage our members to entertain and introduce their friends and associates to the club. However, for the privacy and comfort of our members, guests are only allowed to use the club when they are accompanied by the host member. Guests should wait at the reception desk for the members to arrive. Our Restaurant and Bar, however, are open for all and follow rules and regulations laid out by the club. We strive to create an environment that is conducive to innovation and creativity, and we believe that this policy will help us achieve that goal. Membership Card

We ask that you always have your membership card with you when visiting the club. Upon entry, all members are required to present their card and register at the reception desk. This helps us ensure that only members have access to our exclusive facilities and services. Additionally, we ask that you present your card each time you use the club, as well as when visiting our associate clubs. This will help us keep track of your usage and ensure that you have the best possible experience at our club. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Reservations

We highly recommend that members make reservations in advance for the use of our dining facilities and services. This will ensure that we can accommodate your needs and preferences. We also recommend that members prebook their stay, subject to availability. To take full advantage of our ideation and meeting room services, we suggest making appointments in advance through our concierge® team. These appointments can be made up to one week ahead of time. In the event that you need to cancel an appointment, we kindly ask that you provide a notice of at least 12 hours. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Room Stays

We understand that plans can change, and we kindly request our members to plan their stays accordingly. To ensure a fair and consistent policy for all members, cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will be refunded 70% of the total cost. Cancellations made 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will be refunded 50% of the total cost. Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date will not be eligible for a refund. Our accommodations feature world-class amenities and services, and we strive to provide the best experience possible. Please note, any complimentary room nights included in a membership package, if applicable, cannot be cancelled or shifted once confirmed as it affects other members' stays. In addition, we request you to abide by the rules and etiquette of the accommodation.

Gratuities

At MindEscapes®, we pride ourselves on providing excellent service to our members. As such, gratuities or tips are not necessary. We believe that you are already receiving the highest level of service from our dedicated team and any additional gratuities or tips are not expected or required.

Services

Access to our Sleep, Food, Bio Fitness Maestro, and Concierge® services is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in your membership plan. Please refer to your membership plan for information on the frequency and availability of these services.

Knowledge Hub

Access to our Knowledge Hub, including experience centres, a board of guardians, knowledge partners, and a circle of boffins, is subject to availability and may be subject to additional fees. We kindly request our members to show respect for these resources and their availability to other members.

Events and Meet-ups

Events and meet-ups at MindEscapes® have their own terms and conditions. We kindly request our members to review these terms and conditions before participating in any events or meet-ups. These terms and conditions are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all members. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.

Club Social®

Members are invited to take advantage of our Club Social® program, which offers access to our over 3000+ prestigious partner clubs worldwide through our Club Social® app. This program is available exclusively to direct MindEscapes® Solo and Corporate Members who are present at the club. Usage, access, guests, number of times to use a club, and other partner club conditions apply, and are subject to the partner club's discretion. We request a minimum of 24-96 hours (case to case) to confirm the request. For more information, please refer to the Club Social® app for rules and conditions for accessing our associate clubs.

Discounts

At MindEscapes®, we may not offer discounts, but we can assure you that the experience you will have with our restaurants and other facilities, as well as the services we provide, is truly unparalleled. We take pride in offering the best of the best, and we're confident that you will have an unforgettable experience with us. This applies to our members, the members of our partner clubs and to non-members using our dining facilities.

Other Terms

We at MindEscapes® are committed to providing the best experience for our members. To ensure that our community is enjoyable for everyone, we may periodically update and modify our rules, regulations, and terms and conditions for the usage of the club and its benefits. These updates may be made at our discretion and without prior notice to ensure a positive experience for all members.
