Our client, is a dairy company that produces dairy products of international quality. The company aims to introduce new benchmarks in milk production, procurement, and distribution of dairy products in the regions it operates in. However, the company was facing a challenge in developing its brand strategy.

The Ask:
The Client wanted to develop a brand strategy that would position them as a high-quality dairy producer that adheres to the highest standards of corporate governance. They wanted to differentiate themselves from their competitors and create a strong brand identity that would resonate with their customers.

The Activity:
Along with our knowledge partners, KPMG, and our guardian : ex Chairman of of Unilever we conducted an innovation workshop to pivot their brand positioning. The workshop was designed to identify new opportunities, define a clear brand purpose, and create a roadmap for future growth.
